Pancakes don't have to destroy your diet

BANANA WALNUT CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES. (vegan and paleo friendly)

I never make pancakes anymore. Why? Even with healthy ingredients they aren’t really that healthy and even with the organic maple syrup I use, it’s too high on the glycemic index. .




Buuuuut hold up wait a minute! I put together new recipe using:


1/2 unsweetened vegan chocolate chips

1 cup coconut flour

1/2 cassava flour

Bob's egg replacer (2 eggs)

Garden of Life Vanilla High Fit vegan protein powder

Add water as needed for consistency.


Grill on flat pan on medium high heat. Add 4-6 slices of banana and 1 tbsp walnuts. SYRUP:
